Today is my second full day of being disabled. I've been taking ibuprofen and Flexeril (which stopped the spasms and knocked me out), resting on the couch, and not much else. I am semi-ambulatory, but not much improvement otherwise. Brie is doing an awesome job holding down the fort (as always) and taking care of her disabled husband. Thanks to everyone for your wishes and especially to mom for all of your help around the house and taking care of the kids!! Mark
